I collaborated within a small team of outlet managers (including the general manager, marketing manager, and Head Chef) to help realize their online and on-premise marketing goals. This involved planning, scheduling, staging, and executing photo shoots of all food and beverage items, specific menu promotions, and special entertainment events. My work was used in both digital and print advertising materials (i.e., table toppers, menus, flyers, etc.) in order to promote the outlet and its activities. In addition to providing all photo content, I designed both the online and print advertisements. I also managed the launching of the digital content according to the marketing timeline determined by the management team and myself.
